Surroundings

Pollina is a seaside resort about 15 km east of Cefalù
This small, tranquil village lies at the foot of the Madonie mountains. Highway 113, which connects Palermo and Messina, runs through the village. Before the highway was built, it was the main link between east and west Sicily. Especially in summer, many Italian families live here and have a vacation apartment in the village. A well-known Italian tour operator has a very large vacation center here.


The property

Casa Francesca is a very small apartment (approx. 30 sqm) on the second floor of an apartment building. Behind the house entrance on the first floor there is an open staircase through which you reach the apartment.
You enter this apartment and find yourself in a hallway from which a bathroom and an eat-in kitchen lead off. There is a balcony on the south side and on the roof of the house. This apartment of approximately 40 m² has an exclusive roof terrace with partial sea views. This roof terrace faces south, i.e. not towards the sea. The apartment is in need of renovation in my opinion, but it is habitable. The sellers would also leave the furniture in the apartment, but it is very simple and also worn out. This small apartment is certainly not a dream property by the sea, but it would be the first step towards acquiring a ready-to-move-in property for little money in Sicily, for example. From here you can make very nice excursions, the beach is also within walking distance, we are talking about about 600 meters. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house and the cell phone signal reception is very good.
