The House
The property is accessed through a gate that gives access to a long driveway bordered on both right and left by a large citrus grove.

A door leads from the living room to the sleeping area.
Here a corridor gives access to a large functional storage room that provides additional space for storing personal items and keeping the house tidy, a windowed bathroom with shower and two large bedrooms.
In the corridor there is also the second side entrance to the house which opens onto the outside veranda.

The first located in front of the house consists of a large room where the water motor is located and the irrigation system for the orange grove.

Finally, going up the stairs on the left side of the house, one reaches a large terrace with an open view of the surrounding countryside. Here there is a further room that could be used as a guest room.
