Immersed in the Val di Noto, in a vast territory that boasts vineyards in the Netino and Ragusa areas, we offer the sale of an important winery made up of three different assets: Production and sale of high quality products on an international scale, tourist accommodation and events.
The property consists of 3 buildings (for a total of 1400 m2) which also include the modern wine cellar, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, a tasting room and three rooms to welcome guests who wish to stay amidst the vineyards.
The buildings were built and partially renovated in 2003 the cellar and in 2013 the tasting room with the rooms, preserving the linear and modern character and style and installing modern systems and comforts




OUTDOORS
The estate covers a total area of approximately 12.0 hectares. Of this, most are covered by vineyards (11.00 ha), particularly suitable for producing the DOCs of the area. The remaining surface consists of an olive grove (1.0 ha) which produces an excellent extra virgin olive oil.


Since 2017 the company has been carrying out its business with strictly certified organic methods.
