Splendid small house with terraces overlooking the sea of eclectic style. The entrance to this very particular residence is located on Via Alessandro Volta, while the view from the Duilio promenade faces instead the island of Levanzo. From the small door to the ground floor it is possible both directly access the bedroom with sea view and completely independent hallway, and the staircase leading to the first floor. Here, there is a living area with kitchen, three bedrooms, a small bathroom and a comfortable terrace with sea view. Continuing towards the second floor, there is a larger bathroom and another large terrace equipped with an elegant rustic style on the third floor.


The largest and most lively of the Egadi archipelago, Favignana is just 9 miles from Trapani. The island offers both beaches and caves: from the fine sandy beaches of Cala Azzurra, Lido Burone and Calamoni to the coves with pebble stones of Punta Lunga, Punta Sottile and Faraglioni. The most rocky areas, however, include Cala Rossa, Perciata cave and Punta Fanfalo. The waters of the entire island are clear, transparent and unspoilt, making an underwater immersion as well as a simple swim a unique experience. Favignana was also the home of one of the most important Sicilian tunnels, now used as a museum, the so-called former Florio Station. To it, they support, Palazzo Florio, the churches, the Norman castles of Santa Caterina and San Giacomo, as well as the famous archaeological area of San Nicola. True works of art are, then, the tuff pits, the most spectacular of which are located in the areas of Scalo Cavallo, Cala Rossa and Bue Marino.
