The property is located in the middle of the beautiful Val di Chio Valley close to the medieval, hilltop hamlet of Castiglion Fiorentino. Stones and wood were transported to the upper part of the klin through a stone ramp sustained by four huge arches in terracotta bricks. The tower has been covered now with roof but could become a nice terrace with spectacular views of the valley and hilltop Castiglion Fiorentino. The lower part was extended and consists of three large rooms of which one still has the lower part of the klin where the lime was collected. This building measures approx. 135 sq.m. and could be turned into a nice second house.
The land measures over 8000 sq.m. with 65 olive trees, fields, and a piece of wood. There are two water wells and electricity. Telephone line is passing nearby.
