Historic villa called "VILLA LA BASTIA".

The building complex consists of a main villa free on all sides, as well as smaller buildings. The real estate size includes the outdoor areas partly used as appurtenant gardens of the villa and agricultural land.

The buildings date back to the 16th and 17th centuries, built on the remains of an ancient fortified house.
The building has the traditional masonry supporting structure; the facades are plastered and painted; the windows on the ground floor are framed by stone elements completed with metal grills, in some cases equipped with shutters; the roof pitches are tilted with brick covering. There are evident structural developments of the floors, collapse of false ceilings caused by the infiltration of rainwater from the sale of portions of the roof floors.
