The Chianti Classico area extends in the heart of the Tuscany region and is able to offer a varied landscape, thanks to the nature of the uniqueness of its orographic territory and where, not by chance, renowned wines are produced. In this context, there are corners of peace where the silence of nature and its views are able to extrapolate the onlooker into a dimension outside the chaos of our time.
Here, in a small village on the hills surrounding the town of Lamole in the municipality of Greve in Chianti in the province of Florence, this company stands out.
The residential and structural nucleus with its own independent entrance from the rest of the village, stands in a position with a 360-degree panoramic view of the valley below and the rolling hills of the area.
The buildings, all in exposed stone, are surrounded by large gardens and specifically include:
- Manor house divided into two living floors and comprising, in addition to the living area on the ground floor, four bedrooms each with its own bathroom equal to 201m2.
- Adjacent residential real estate unit, comprising, in addition to the living area, two bedrooms complete with relative bathrooms equal to 128 m2.
- Cellar space measuring 67 m2 and including 9 stainless steel tanks with a capacity of approximately 200 hectolitres, necessary for winemaking and storage operations, as well as all the equipment needed for conditioning the company's grapes and the wines produced.

The company's agricultural surface area is equal to 6 hectares of land and specifically, divided as follows:
- Vineyard suitable for producing Chianti Classico grapes for 2 hectares and with a load of 136 quintals of grapes for this denomination and equal to 92 hl. of wine, or 12,700 bottles of 0.75 litres.
- Vineyard suitable for producing IGT Toscano grapes for 0.05.20 ha and with a load of 6.75 quintals of grapes for this denomination and equal to 4.7 hl. of wine, or 630 bottles of 0.75 litres.
The entire vineyard area described is protected by a metal fence.
- Olive grove of 3.80.00 ha with approximately 800 olive trees and in the varieties frantoio, moraiolo and leccino which produce an excellent Italian extra virgin olive oil and with a production potential of over 1,600 litres.

The part relating to the buildings is in a good state of conservation as are the agricultural crops.
