The fireplace stove in the kitchen is programmable, it has hot air ducts that contribute, in mid-season, to the heating of the living area and the master bedroom.
The heating boiler is condensing and the farmhouse is reached by the public methane network.
The water supply is guaranteed by a well and a spring located on the land owned.

The garden adjacent to the house covers about 1200 m2, is full of flowering shrubs, vines, perennial herbs and is pleasant all year round. It has an outdoor dining area sheltered from winds from the north and protected to the south by a wisteria pruned to form a refreshing green wall.

On the land around the house there are olive groves, tall trees and fruit trees. The building and its grounds enjoy unhindered sunlight from dawn to dusk.
From olive groves, organically grown, an excellent extra virgin olive oil is obtained which is much appreciated by the market. There are also two organic vegetable gardens for family production. They are sheltered, facing south-west, and provide fresh vegetables throughout the year.
In the garden and in the vegetable gardens there are automatic and timed irrigation systems for both the  lawn and the flower beds.
