This well-exposed property is found at the edge of the village of Tereglio and entrance is via a beautiful wrought iron gate into the front garden with steps going up to the front.
The land to the left of the path and the pond both belong to the house and the house has a covered verandah.
There is a "grotta" in the garden, a well, a lemon house and a external washing station from times gone past.
One enters into a large sitting room/dining room with a large eat-in kitchen.  It is unusual to have such a large room which implies that this was probably an important house within the village. The floors are terracotta from historic times.
Off this lounge, there is a storage room which leads out to the next-door house.
There are two large bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
A note about the heating is that there are radiators but there is no boiler currently.  It will possbile to attach the house to mains gas as there is mains in the village. Another note is that the "cucina economica" will be leaving the house when the house is sold.
There are four cantinas underneath the house on two floors with access from the road but no access from the house.  For this reason, a later job to be done would be to connect these cantinas (if desired) to the house or to each other.  This would be ideal as currently the upper cantinas are only accessable from a nieghbours land.
The village is well-populated with a great grocery store and awesome trattoria within the village.  There is also a post office which is open once a week.
