Old semi-detached house renovated about ten years ago but no longer inhabited for some years and currently, although in good general condition, with a somewhat neglected appearance.
It is a very interesting house located in the village of Villa di Fosciandora and therefore about 10 minutes by car from Castelnuovo Garfagnana where there are all kinds of services, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
The house is characterized on the front by a large private courtyard of about 60 square meters where you can park your car as well as use it for other purposes and on a lateral part by a nice fenced garden of about 60 square meters where you can easily have lunch outdoors.
From the house you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view that from the various windows of the house ranges 270 degrees over the valley and part of the village.
The house is arranged on 3 levels with two large cellars in the basement that could also be connected to the house on the two upper floors.
On the ground floor, with entrance from the large private courtyard, we find the large living room with fireplace and staircase to access the upper floor, as well as a kitchenette and dining room.
On the upper floor we find two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The heating is autonomous (but needs to be checked).
The roof is in fair condition but needs to be checked because in one part of the house some drops of rainwater have fallen due (seen from the drone) to the slipping of some tiles, which need to be fixed.
Moreover, as already stated, the house has been neglected for some years by the current owners.
The sea can be reached in about 75 minutes.
