It can accommodate 12 people.
VILLA: On the ground floor: living room, dining room, kitchen and, in front of the kitchen, a large space for outdoor  eating under a pergola. On the first floor: a double bedroom, two double rooms with twin beds and one room with two bunk beds and a bathroom with bathtub. In the villa you’ll find fridge, freezer, dish and washing machine, oven and microwave,, all the appliances and kitchenware for 12 people.
OUTBUILDING:
1° FLOOR: Residential  Crossing the garden you’ll find a short external staircase to get at the first floor composed bya large room of 40mq  with bathroom with shower. The furniture divides the room in a sleeping area, with two twin beds,  and in a living  with a sofa, armchairs and two sofa beds,
GROUND FLOOR: Shop At the ground floor you’ll find a large space of 40mq, with road access, that can be used as a  shop or a studio (or you could have a change of use and the whole outbuilding could became residential). The ground floor is completely renovated with bathroom and a large dressing room, with alarm system and safe. The shop is free, not rented. 
The whole outbuilding is airconditioned.
THE PLACE is among the most exclusive of Versilia, surrounded by greenery and quiet. At night in summer the access by car is only allowed to authorized cardholders for lowering the bollards arranged at the entrance of all access roads.
The beaches are very wide and the seaside resorts are elegant and have swimming pools and restaurants.
