Location
Versilia had its golden age between the 60s and 70s of the 20th century, in full economic boom, a summer holiday destination for entrepreneurs in northern Italy. Numerous clubs and bathing establishments born in that period. National and international singers and bands could not fail to perform at least once at the "Capannina" or at the "Bussola" attracting throngs of fans and people of the international jet-set. Today Versilia seems to have acquired a new identity, a destination for those who love the tranquillity of the golden sandy beaches and who use the coastal towns to increase contacts and knowledge. Versilia has a coastal front of about 25 km, bordered to the north by the chain of the Apuan Alps, the treasure trove of the famous Carrara marble. Description
The villa is located in the northernmost part of Versilia, in a point free from other houses and where the pine forest is more luxuriant. An independent villa that rises majestically, towering above the bushes that delimit its boundary.
