In the beautiful and peaceful hamlet of Oppilo - Pontremoli, we offer "IL PODERE BENELLI", a renowned agricultural company that has been part of the history of Lunigiana.
The agricultural company consists of approximately 74,000 m2. of land divided into various types of crops (forest, orchard, meadow, arable land, olive grove, vineyard). - As regards hospitality, the farm has, inside, two fully furnished apartments, a double bedroom and a room for four people, thus allowing it to reach a maximum capacity of 15 people.
- Above the central body, on the upper floor, there are two real estate units:
- A furnished, independent apartment, consisting of a living room, solarium terrace, two large double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. - A double bedroom with bathroom.
- In the side wing of the farm there is an apartment and a bedroom for four people:
- - Yellow apartment: living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom and single bedroom on the mezzanine, bathroom with shower;
