The center is located in a valley surrounded by hilly high reliefs, and is located on one of the oldest routes that connect the Po Valley with Liguria and Tuscany, once the route of the Via Francigena and still today a route of important road infrastructures such as the A15 motorway and the Pontremolese railway line, which directly connect Parma with La Spezia. This property is located about 10 minutes from important monuments, typical shops and cultural sites.

BY CAR: The motorway toll booth is only 5 minutes from this property. The city of Pontremoli is located about 55 minutes from Parma, 25′ from La Spezia and Massa, 45′ from Viareggio-Sestri Levante-Chiavari, Cinque Terre, 90′ Milan-Bologna-Brescia-Nervi/GE toll booth. For ski lovers, Zum Zeri is about 35 minutes away, or in an hour you can reach the Cerreto Laghi (RE) facilities

FLIGHTS: Parma airport (G. Verdi) is about 55 minutes away, Pisa airport (Galileo Galilei) about 50 minutes. Bergamo airport (Orio al Serio) is about 2 hours away.

BY TRAIN: Pontremoli train station can also be reached on foot. With plenty of connections, it also allows you to reach seaside resorts in no time.
