The estate includes 8 buildings set in about 198ha of land, the cultural breakdown consists of: about 73ha arable land, about 12ha olive groves, about 25ha poplar grove and the remainder of woodland. The property is located in a hillside position with 360° views of the entire surrounding countryside consisting of vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees.
