This magnificent hamlet, located about 460 meters above sea level, consists of 22 apartments with 32 rooms in total, 22 living rooms (many apartments have two bedrooms and two bathrooms), 6 suites consisting of 2 rooms (living room and bedroom), and 3 standard bedrooms, meeting rooms, common areas, breakfast room, 3 dining rooms with facilities, various dressing rooms for the staff, a wine cellar, an underground storage cellar, a consecrated church, two thermal power plants, two air conditioning plants, two LPG deposits and a tennis court. All the apartments, the bedrooms, the suites, are furnished with authentic furniture of poor Tuscan art. The village was completely restored in the year 2000, since then it is fully functioning.
