Area:
The property is situated with easy access from the road about 1.8 km from Cetona. Cetona has always been a favourite destination for a second home, many actors, artists and politicians chose it as witnessed by some of the lovely homes that surround it. It is easy to see why, the rich foliage and gentle slopes covered in vineyards and olive groves are a strong attraction together with easy access from both Rome and Florence via the A1 autostrada or train to Chiusi with a direct line to both. The town itself has a wide 17th century square, in summertime buzzing with excellent dining in the many bistros and restaurants. The medieval part of town rises above the square with the obligatory castle surmounting it all.

Land:
The garden surrounds the house with a small olive grove and orchard to one side, it then descends in two terraces on the southern side. The storage shed sits on the first terrace and also has access from a secondary entrance with parking space which provides more privacy than the main entrance. The ideal position for a swimming pool lies on the second terrace.
