Location
The property is located 3-4 km away from Cetona, a small medieval village which takes its name from the famous mountain where it is located. A few kilometres away there is the Chiusi-Chianciano Terme train station. In Chiusi there is also the highway entrance from where Rome and Florence can be reached in just an hour. The ski facilities of the mountain of Amiata are approximately 60 km away while the beaches of Grosseto are just over 150 km away. The Trasimeno lake is 40 km away from the property.

The stone farmhouse, dating back to the early 19th century, has three entrances so it is now divided into three residential units. Two of them, divided between ground floor and first floor, are in very good conditions while the other part of the property needs some renovation works.
