Originally built in 1700 and used both as a stately home and later as a tobacco factory, the farmhouse retains its old-world charm, with the splendid arches on the ground and first floors and the structure of the cloister, accessible both from outside and inside the building. The ground floor, where it is possible to obtain an internal well, is made up of two rooms used in the past as storage rooms and two other rooms used as drying rooms, plus a final storage room that can be converted, for example, into a toilet. From here we reach the internal cloister, built in the 1940s, located at the rear of the building and embraced on three sides by the courtyard of approximately 200 square metres. Climbing the stairs, which are wide and built of pietra serena, we reach the first floor where we find a room formerly used as a storeroom and a workshop, with another room that can also be used as a second bathroom. The second and last floor, the smallest in terms of square footage, was also used as a warehouse but can be exploited in a variety of ways, being arranged in such a way as to be easily subdivided into various rooms. The property is completed by the detached land, which can be used, for example, as a large car park or for building a swimming pool. The roof of the main structure has recently been redone and both internally and externally various maintenance works have been carried out, such as the restoration of the gutters, the cleaning of the garden, the cloister, and the internal flooring. As the structure is sound and solid, the farmhouse only needs to be renovated internally according to taste and requirements: the renovation project already has a company that can take care of it, making the idea of purchasing it even more attractive. Perugia is about 38 km away, Pienza 48 km, Rome Fiumicino airport 200 km.
