The second and last floor, the smallest in terms of square footage, was also used as a warehouse but can be exploited in a variety of ways, being arranged in such a way as to be easily subdivided into various rooms. The property is completed by the detached land, which can be used, for example, as a large car park or for building a swimming pool. The roof of the main structure has recently been redone and both internally and externally various maintenance works have been carried out, such as the restoration of the gutters, the cleaning of the garden, the cloister, and the internal flooring.
