The farmhouse is a typical Umbrian farmhouse located in the municipality of Gubbio, in the most luxuriant and authentic countryside. The farmhouse, although plastered, has stone finishes that could be exposed to recover the ancient splendor and peasant character of the place. The center of Gubbio is 15 minutes away by car. Ancona, the Ancona airport and the A14 motorway are 1 hour and 15 minutes from the farmhouse. Perugia and its airport about 45 minutes by car, as well as Assisi, Spello and the center of Umbria.
