Characteristic medieval village of approximately 700 sqm consisting of a main building of 420 sqm, a restored annex for guesthouse use of 100 sqm, and an old drying room of 160 smq completely restored. In total there are 20 rooms, including 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The three units are arranged in such a way as to create a private courtyard open onto the large solarium, in which the heated swimming pool and hydromassage tub have been built. During the renovation, the classic materials characteristic of the local structures were maintained, such as handmade terracotta, wooden beams and exposed stone walls, while in some areas of the house fine marbles were used. To make use of the main building more convenient, an elevator has been created inside which connects the various floors. The entire property has approximately 1.6 hectares of land and has double access.
