In a reserved position, in the heart ofUmbria, the Torre di Guardia is an ancient construction that was part of an articulated defence and sighting system.
We are located just 9 km from Spoleto (10 minutes by car) and 15 km from Terni (less than 20 minutes by car).
The location is also barycentric with respect to other important historical centres in the region, such as Trevi (30 km), Narni (35 km) and Spello (43 km), about half an hour's drive away, Assisi (55 km) and Perugia (72 km) about an hour.
Rome (115 km) can be reached by car in less than an hour and a half.
The nearest airports are Perugia, 64 km away (about 45 minutes by car), and Rome Ciampino, 130 km away, and Rome Fiumicino, 148 km away (both about an hour and a half by car).

The Watchtower has 4 levels, with a total commercial surface area of 78 square metres, plus a porch of 11 square metres and a small external bathroom, both in need of renovation.

- kitchen with fireplace on the ground floor. Externally we find the porch and the small bathroom, both in disuse, to restructure and restore;
- living room on the first floor;

The levels are connected by a characteristic exposed wooden staircase.
