The central body therefore offers various accesses to the outside space, making the structure very versatile thanks also to the annex of approximately 100sqm, also in need of restoration, which lends itself well to being used for multiple purposes and therefore to any construction project.
The property is completed by approximately 3ha of land, including arable land and woodland, and a water well to be restored. The location is also excellent, with Massa Martana and all its services just 4.5km away. The E45, 6.5 km away, makes it possible to reach Perugia and its airport in 50 minutes. Todi is just 15 minutes away, while other tourist resorts, such as Orvieto, Spoleto and Assisi, can all be reached in 40 minutes. Rome (115 km) is about one hour away, while its airports (Ciampino and Fiumicino) are less than two hours.
