The Noble 17th-century House is located in the heart of the historical center of Trevi, one of the loveliest and most typical towns in Umbria, surrounded by green hills carpeted with olive trees and overlooking the entire valley that stretches from Spoleto to Perugia.
We are in Umbria, strategically located near the most important historical towns in the region: thanks to to the highway, only a 5-minute drive away, Foligno (10 km), Spoleto (15 km), Assisi (24 km) and Perugia (39 km) are all very easy and quick to reach. The nearest airport is Santo Egidio, at Perugia (39 km), while the international airports of Rome, Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci) and Ciampino, are 189 and 161 km away, respectively.

Condition
The buildings have been thoroughly remodeled and are in perfect conditions. The main building preserves the architectural characteristics of the 17th century: on the ground floor, a wide, vaulted corridor gives origin to the access ramps for the upper stories. Elliptical canopies cover the stair landings that give access to the noble floor, subdivided in flat-ceilinged bedrooms with boxed beams and paintings that preserve a sober decoration, traced back to the late 18th century and the 19th century. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms with either shower or bathtub, air conditioning, minibar, satellite TV, telephone and Internet connection; several bedrooms are equipped with a jacuzzi. There are also non-smoking rooms and bedrooms adapted for wheelchairs.
