The cottage is on two levels, the living area is on the first floor, a total of 230 square meters, and divided into two parts with independent entrances but connected to each other: one part is unfinished with a redone roof and comprises three large rooms, the other part consists of dining room with fireplace and kitchenette, hallway, three large bedrooms, bathroom, utility room and covered outdoor loggia. Outside, on land of 5,800 square meters with fruit and olive trees, there are three stone funds already condoned of 24, 26 and 38 square meters plus wood-burning oven, barbecue and well.
