The Ambiente Srl company is responsible for the construction of high quality residences, in the historic city of Ascoli Piceno, within the splendid Marche Region.

The project consists of n. 5 residential units in Ascoli Piceno, within the quiet and luxuriant Monteverde: a context a few steps from the historic center that retains the privacy of a private house and the tranquility of a natural frame.
The project is designed to meet the latest generation of criteria, so as to ensure maximum comfort and green energy performance.
The design choices follow tradition and modernity, combining the charm of traditional Ascola materials such as travertine walls, the lines of modern architecture, giving rise to fine residences, where light and the relationship between internal and external space are the protagonists.

Each residence is designed dedicably and specifically, giving each character and uniqueness. Furthermore, the interior spaces can be customized according to an exclusive design of interior, sewing every space on the choices of the customer.

The houses are designed respecting the NTC 2018 by adopting the most modern anti-seismic technologies; from an energy point of view, they reach the energy class A4.
