The Real Estate Studio VICENZA REAL ESTATE was born following an experience that began 18 years ago when the owner, Ivo Tobaldini, was studying for the second degree, in the Economic Economy of International Trade, was looking for the world of real estate brokerage and the administration of condominiums at the historic Castello Agency of Viale Roma in Vicenza.

The working experiences in London, Milan and Vicenza have it for the following years led to the position of Commercial Manager and Marketing of commercial and manufacturing companies, and then to complete the training as a company management company with a Master SBA (master of business administration).

The experience of the design and management of the work in the construction of your house has led Ivo to the awareness of having a real passion for houses, and with the progressively acquired experience has invested first in the context of the tourist welcome and short rentals and then begins a series of real estate investment transactions, to date 7, with excellent profitability.

Operating in the Ivo real estate sector, it felt strong the need to consolidate the specific competences and strengthen professionalism in the Real Estate Brok area, following in 2019 the course organized by the Veneto Region and obtaining after the examination in the Chamber of Commerce of Vicenza the qualification to the profession of business agent in Mediation in the real estate sector.

Following a very disappointing collaboration with a real estate agency and noting that, unfortunately, professionalism and customer attention in this beautiful sector are, with the due exceptions, very few on average, Ivo decides to open his own Real Estate Studio, with the commitment and hope of being able to offer a high quality service to its customers.
