In 2000 Franco Tommasi decides to sell the corporate shares of the Tommasi Spa and the related companies to acquire 100% of the Tommasi Incoming Srl which in 2001 buys Corte Guastalla Vecchia an ancient fifteenth-century invoice court located among the Moorish hills of the lower Garda

After a restoration that lasted four years, carried out respecting the historic facts of the building, in 2006 Corte Guastalla Vecchia returns to its ancient splendor.
Franco with his wife Orietta Tommasi, they decide that this was the right place to live and carry out a quality accommodation business respecting and enhancing everything that was passed down.

When we discovered in 2000 we found out in the Verona hills Corte Guastala Vecchia we immediately fell in love with him. Surrounded by an extraordinary natural landscape, the ancient courtyard seemed to us from the beginning the ideal place to create an exclusive Relais equipped with all the comforts and a unique opportunity to crown our dream: to take some world to our house and welcome it as we do with the most dear people.

The hospitality and acceptance are the key words of the principles with which the Relais Corte Guastalla was born, surrounded by the vineyards of the Verona hills.

In 2023 after a new renovation of the rooms, the Relais Corte Guastalla becomes Relais Corte Guastalla Apartments.

Now we share the privilege of living in this magnificent place with other people who already appreciate it or who find out about it following the dream of buying a house in Italy.
