My name is Emanuela Garbarino, I have been performing the profession of Real Estate Agent since 2005 and the experience gained over the years, with successes and errors, has taught me the importance and delicacy of my role in a real estate purchase.

After qualifying to the role, I started my career, investing all of myself in my work and obtaining many satisfactions.

I have always followed the negotiations with diligence, transparency and competence, I have learned to be responsible in first person for all the activities related to the sale of a property, from the study of the documentation, to the programming of the advertisements, to the preparation of preliminary contracts for sale or rental, to the organization of a notarial act.

But I also learned, that first of all, what sets an agent apart from another is the relationship that can establish with the customer.

I like to see that the customer is comfortable with me, who trusts me, supports my ideas and strategies.

I have learned that I am not a simple "soldier" but a professional reference figure in a negotiation with the arduous task of making all the parties involved conquer.

My work is not easy at all, you need to be able to include many professional figures at the same time ... right as this ... because sometimes you have to improvize architects or geometries, cleaning companies or movers, sometimes even psychologists.

My goal?
