Bruno Dotti was born in Luxemburg in 1954. He graduated in Civil Engineering at the Turin Politecnico specializing in buildings and transport. He then planned and managed construction works for three years. He has been a chartered real estate broker for Turin and Fiminter Immobili partner and president since 1984.
He is Fiminter Immobili Administration Manager and his main job is taking commissions for the marketing of commercial properties and building lands. He estimates residential, industrial and commercial properties.

Lodovico Avataneo
FIMINTER IMMOBILI CEO

Lodovico Avataneo was born in Pinerolo in 1954. After graduating in Industrial Chemistry in Turin he started working as a real estate broker.
He has been a chartered real estate broker for Turin since 1981. He has been partner and the CEO of Fiminter Immobili since 1984.
He has been the CEO of Unirete society since 1999. Fiminter Immobili is the founder partner of Unirete which is the title holder of Unica project and brand. Unica is a professional and operative network which connects several real estate agencies among the most experienced.
He is currently Fiminter Immobili Sales Manager of Residential Properties and Marketing and Development Department and his main job is to market building sites and to divide, sell and lease residential properties.

Giovanni Piccolo
INDUSTRIAL PROJECT MANAGER

Giovanni Piccolo was born in 1957. After being charted as Geometer for Turin he started working as a building site assistant for FIAT.
Since 1981 for ten years he worked as salesman for an emerging real estate agency and he has been a chartered real estate broker for Turin since 1989. He worked as a specialist for industrial properties in an important real estate agency from 1990 to 2001.
He has been working for Fiminter Immobili since 2001 and he is currently Fiminter Industrial Property Manager.
His deep knowledge of the market and his 25-year-old experience guarantee our costumers’ satisfaction.

Francesco Revellino
RESIDENTIAL Lease PROJECT MANAGER

Francesco Revellino was born in Turin in 1974. He attended a course for real estate brokers in 2002 and has been a chartered negotiator since.
He has worked for two real estate agencies in Turin since 2002 focusing on residential lease. He attended and passed the course for Property Managers in 2005.
He has worked for Fiminter Immobili since 2006; his main job is dealing with residential lease.

Adalberto Rismondo
OFFICES AND RETAIL PROJECT MANAGER

Adalberto Rismondo was born in Cossano Belbo in 1952. He has a diploma in business administration.
He has gained experience in Logistics and Purchases and Development Areas and in Marketing working for different companies. He is a chartered Insurance Agent and has worked for the marketing and development of a new IT product for Insurance Companies.
He has been a chartered real estate broker since 2004 and he started working for Fiminter Immobili the same year.
He is currently the Manager of the Commercial Property Department and he follows our customers during the entire process of project planning.

Nadia Clerico
RESIDENTIAL SALES PROJECT MANAGER

Nadia Clerico was born in Turin in 1970. She has a diploma in business administration. She has gained experience in commercial service companies and she has been a chartered real estate broker since 2003. She started working at Fiminter Immobili in 2015. She is currently the Manager of the Residential Sales Department.
