Porto Rotondo, apartment located in the complex called "I Ginepri 5" on the second and last floor consists of an entrance/living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The price includes a garage located a few minutes from the apartment in Piazza Quadra The condominium overlooks the Nuova Darsena, a few minutes walk from Piazzetta San Marco where we find the boutiques, bars and restaurants. Porto Rotondo is one of the most important tourist areas in the Mediterranean, characterized by its strategic position, it was built around a natural inlet which encloses one of the best equipped marinas in the area with its piers and the Yacht Club, a delightful and evocative wooden building which overlooks the sea. Its small squares are famous, one designed by the artist Andrea Cascella who was inspired by the typical stone of the area such as granite, the other, that of the small Darsena, designed by "Sangregorio" and of course the church of San Lorenzo built by Cascella in external part, while all the wooden sculptures were designed and created by Mario Ceroli. The suggestive beaches, including Punta Volpe, I Sassi, Ira, Punta Nuraghe, can be reached during the summer with a free shuttle bus that leaves from the main square.
