Lucia Degortes Immobiliare began its way in the sector of mediations and real estate services in 1982 in the touristic and urban field; she is specialized in the mediation and sale of touristic houses in Sardinia in the North-East coast, from Olbia to Porto Cervo, including the areas of Porto Rotondo, Golfo della Marinella, Golfo Aranci and the neighbouring areas on the sea.

She works also in the South area of Olbia, Porto San Paolo, coda Cavallo, Punta Aldia and Cala Girgolu.

The offices are in Porto Cervo in Cerbiatta street n°1/b, where are directly managed the needs and services of our customers both for the mediation and the holiday rental.

All the properties managed from our agency are evaluated in detail, analyzing also the urban, administrative and fiscal profiles.
