With a breathtaking view and in the middle of the Montefalco Sagrantino wine district we offer this restored farmhouse from 1639. It was restored respecting all typical features of an Umbrian farmhouse including wooden beams and windows and doors made in wood. The property also feature a comfortable floor heating all over the house covered with hand made terracotta tiles. The house which consist of one main building with 2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and one smaller guest room and a large living room combined with an open kitchen. It also have a smaller guest toilet.
When restoring the house all safety measurements where met and it is renovated to the highest standard.
In the attached annex there I a guest apartment which is also equipped with floor heating and a small built in kitchenette and a bathroom.
The house is surrounded by 4 acres of land with it’s own vineyard with Chardonnay, the typical Sagratino and small local grapes. It also have 10 olive trees enough to make 10 liters of your own olive oil every year.
